August, 1984: The Company was founded, named as Weifang Branch of Shandong Subsidiary of the China Export Bases Development Corporation.
April, 1988: Weifang Zhongji Animal Feed Co., Ltd. was founded which is invested by the Company and ADM (Archer Daniels Midland Company of U.S.A.).
November, 1989: The Company was renamed as Weifang Subsidiary of Shandong Export Bases Development Corporation.
August, 1990: Weifang Meicheng Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. was founded which is invested by the Company, ADM, Marubeni and Katokichi.
September, 1992: The Company was renamed as Shandong Weifang Export Bases Development Company.
December, 1995: Weifang Summit Animal Health Product Co., Ltd. was founded.
June, 2000: The Company was reorganized as Shandong Weifang Export Bases Development Co., Ltd.
April, 2001: Anqiu Zhongji Animal Feed Co., Ltd. was founded.
July, 2001: Weifang Jianchuan Food Co., Ltd. was founded.

August, 2005: Jining Zhongji Animal Feed Co., Ltd. was founded.
